The Book Publishers Association of Alberta is pleased to announce an upcoming Member Roundtable on Awards Submissions scheduled for Thursday, July 17 from 10:00 am-11:30 am MT. 

Publishers today are devoting a substantial amount of time and effort to award submissions. In this Member Roundtable, publishers will have the opportunity to share their own experiences managing award submissions (including local, provincial, and national prizes), as well as to learn from the experiences of other publishers. The conversation will aim to cover general processes for award submissions, as well as tips, tricks, and lessons learned.

The format of this event will be an informal discussion, and will be facilitated by Cathie Crooks of University of Alberta Press. 

This event is free and limited to members of the BPAA and their staff (including contractors). Please register to reserve your spot by 4:30 pm MT on Wednesday, July 16.
