Managing Workflows

February 23 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm MST

About this session

Based on the Rocky Mountain Books workflow management system, Don will walk participants through the process he uses to manage:

  • Acquisitions
  • Contracts
  • Metadata creation
  • Editorial and Design coordination
  • Production coordination
  • Sales and Marketing coordination

This session will be perfect for small to mid-sized publishers. RMB publishes 20–30 books a year (plus reprints) and this process works very well for them. In Don’s words: “Basically, if I can do it….anyone can!”

This event is free for members of the BPAA. Please register to reserve your spot by 4:30pm MST on Monday, February 22.
